We’re passionate advocates of small changes reap big rewards. We'll always look for eco friendly solutions, so you can be safe in the knowledge you're doing good things by shopping with all is GOOD.

Downstairs, All the GOOD Makers (Yorkshire) is a gift emporium like no other, with hand made pieces from over 40 local artisan makers. Together small business is stronger.

Real Folk Who Care

Leanne and Karen, the founders of All is Good, met in 2019.
Leanne, wearing a high vis jacket, steel toe boots and a pink hard hat was kicking arse directing traffic on a busy road.
THAT, thought Karen, is a bit of me; a fierce female getting the job done.

We're super proud of our team. It's an amazing mix of people, each with their own unique bit of magic.

Fair to say All is GOOD in the All is GOOD team.

Founder

Karen

Karen has owned and managed various sustainable food businesses for over 17 years, including a successful organic veg box scheme, an organic vegetarian café and a farm shop and deli. After a break from the industry to focus on fostering, she returned to manage two large, well-known local farm shops. Post COVID Karen put all her knowledge gained from her previous successes AND mistakes to good use – All is GOOD was born.

Leanne

Leanne is best described as the crazy sensible one. She capably juggles several careers, whilst providing constant support to All is Good. Leanne originally joined forces with Karen as a silent partner. She is anything but. The business simply couldn’t run without her – spreadsheets are her forte, along with being the life and soul of the customer and staff party.

Customer Service Assistant

Ali

Ali is Karen and Leannes right hand woman, manning the fort three days a week. A real foodie and dedicated vegan, she's a font of knowledge for all things alternative.

Johnny

The Bearded Barista joined us in January 2023, with an unbridled passion for everything coffee. He lives and breathes the stuff!

Saffy

Saffy joined us in November 2022. She's an absolute whizz at crafting Barista drinks, even though by her own admission hot drinks are not her thing.

Holly

Holly has a wealth of coffee making experience and has worked in several management roles. Together with Johnny, she is working towards her dream of owning her own unique coffee shop.

Customer Service Assistant

Suzanne

Suzanne stumbled into All is Good initially as one of our amazing producers. Then, one day she offered to help out....and we just couldn't let her go. Suzanne is our ray of sunshine, bringing fun to the All is Good party bus. Never shy to take on a challenge, Suzanne takes on anything we throw at her. A trained florist, she has a keen eye for display and is responsible for our fabulous seasonal windows.
