What we do have is a lot of lessons learned, from both the wins and the “well… that didn’t go to plan” moments. Kaz has a bit of a knack (okay, mild obsession) for paying attention to what people actually want, rather than guessing.
After more than 20 years of being self-employed on and off, she also gets a real buzz from supporting other small businesses along the way.
And honestly, none of this would work without Team All is Good. With a special shoutout to Johnny and Holly, who really are the heartbeat of the place.

A few years ago, Kaz was stuck working long hours in a job that didn’t give much back. She wanted something different, something that felt valued… and somewhere you could buy a jar of mushroom ketchup (without paying a small fortune for delivery).
So in 2021, with a nudge (and plenty of support) from her friend and “silent partner” Leanne, All is Good was born.
Part refill store, part deli, part makers’ collective, part coffee spot. A place that celebrates local, while keeping a thoughtful eye on the wider world.
