They didn’t start Oddy Knocky to play it safe.
They started it because speciality coffee was starting to feel predictable — same flavours, same language, same rules. They knew coffee could be more exciting than that, without becoming intimidating or exclusive.
Every batch they roast is about pushing flavour forward. Big profiles, real character, and coffees that stand out in the cup — whether you’re brewing at home or pulling shots behind the bar.
