Refund Policy

1. Your Legal Rights

No part of this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Under UK law:

  • Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose

  • If they are not, you are entitled to a remedy

2. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described:

  • You have the right to reject the item within 30 days of receiving it and receive a full refund

  • After 30 days, we may offer a repair or replacement first

  • If a repair or replacement is unsuccessful, you are entitled to a refund or price reduction

  • If a fault appears within 6 months, it is assumed to have been present at the time of purchase unless proven otherwise

We may request proof of purchase.

3. Unwanted Items (Change of Mind)

We do not offer cash refunds for unwanted items purchased in-store unless they are faulty.

  • You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase

  • Items must be returned unused and in original condition unless faulty

Refunds for faulty goods will be issued to the original payment method.
Unwanted goods may be offered an instore gift card.

4. Gifts & Returns Without Proof of Purchase

  • Items returned as unwanted gifts will not be refunded in cash

  • Instead, a gift card or store credit will be issued at the current value of the item

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns without proof of purchase unless the item is faulty

5. Exclusions

We may not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods

  • Personalised or custom-made items

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return once opened unless faulty

  • Earrings, for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty

6. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item

  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed

7. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please come into the store.
