# Introducing *a GOOD brunch*: Inspired by Slow Mornings in Greece
🥑Some of the best ideas come when you stop.
For me, a week spent on a beautiful Greek island was a reminder of what breakfast should look like.
*spoiler
It isn't grabbing toast on the way out of the door, or eating a sad cereal bar at your desk.
Nope, we're talking creamy yoghurt topped with local honey, seasonal fruit and crunchy granola. Vine-ripened tomatoes bursting with flavour. Fresh herbs, amazing bread, quality olive oil, proper cheese.
The kind of food that doesn't need disguising because the ingredients speak for themselves.
I came home inspired. And a GOOD brunch was born.
The Star of the Show
At the heart of our new brunch menu is our artisan smashed avocado on artisan sourdough; topped three different ways.
🌿 Green Goddess
Creamy whipped feta, toasted mixed seeds, fresh micro herbs and a squeeze of lemon.
Fresh, vibrant and packed with goodness.
🍅 Mediterranean
Sweet vine tomatoes, fragrant basil, toasted pine nuts and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
If you've ever sat overlooking the sea with a tomato salad and wondered why it tasted so much better on holiday, this one's for you.
🌽 Mexican Street
A nod to Johnny & Holly (who spent a week in Mexico), our house sweetcorn salsa, pickled red onion, creamy feta with a dusting of TajĂn.
It's sweet, salty, tangy and spicy.
Avo Haters
For the weirdo's who hate the avo we have our Continental.
A warm buttery croissant served with prosciutto, Emmental cheese and a fresh orange juice.
Goodness Bowls
Creamy Greek yoghurt, seasonal fruit, local hand made granola and Yorkshire honey.
Wholesome aint boring baby.
Brunch = Breakfast + Lunch
Served Monday to Saturday until 12pm and Sundays until 2pm.
