Meet Ube (oo-beh), the purple one, giving the green one a run for its money.
Ube, a funky purple yam from the Philippines, is naturally sweet and nutty and has gentle health benefits including being rich in antioxidants and packed with vit C & potassium.
When the clever people, that do clever stuff, turned Ube into a drink, you could hear Insta influencers cheer from the moon. Let's face it, it looks the bees.

Tasting Notes: What to Expect
To be honest, the jury was out with Team A.I.G. I guess it's a bit like Marmite, (or Matcha). You'll either love it, or hate it. According to the foodies Ube has:
Soft, subtle hints of vanilla and toasted nuts that add warmth and depth
A lingering earthy sweetness
Good Ube
Not up there in the foodies and need a bit more punch? We hear you. Ube pairs beautifully with vanilla syrup, including sugar free versions.
Choosing the right milk can also make all the difference:
Coconut milk adds a tropical, creamy richness
Oat milk brings natural sweetness
Soy milk offers a smooth, balanced finish
